A 50% deposit is required for the total number of passengers booking for a tour to secure the tour date.  Full payment is required at least one week prior to your tour date.  Full payment is required if the booking for the tour commences within 24 hours of the enquiry.  Payment can be via Credit Card or Direct Debit into our business account.


Cancellations 30 days outside of the arrival date will incur a 25% loss of the deposit.  Cancellations within 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% loss of the deposit.  Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur the full loss of the deposit and a $50.00 administration fee.  Failure to arrive for the booking on the agreed day and time will incur the loss of the deposit and final payment fees.

Please note:  If a tour is cancelled by Tours on Tamborine for any reason, another day will be offered as an alternative, providing the tour is taken within a 3 month period, or a full refund will be given.

If a tour is cancelled by Tours on Tamborine for an “Event of Force Majeure”, no refund will be given.

Pickup and Drop Off Times

Tours on Tamborine cannot guarantee pickup or drop off times, and are not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services.  Every effort will be made pick you up and drop you off to your destination on time, but Tours on Tamborine shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or loss due to:- delays caused by traffic jams, road works, road closures, diversions, extreme weather conditions, collisions caused by third parties, vehicle breakdown, or any delay which is out of our control.

Non arrival at the agreed pickup place.  If following a booking, a client fails to arrive at the agreed pickup place and scheduled time, then the driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before departing for the next pickup point.  If no contact can be made with the client within a 15 minute time frame, the bus will depart, and our cancellation Policy will apply.

Drinking, Smoking, Eating on the Bus

Strictly NO alcohol, smoking or food is allowed to be consumed on our buses.  No liability will be accepted for breaking this rule.

Disorderly Conduct

Violence, disorderly conduct and aggression will not be tolerated.  Tours on Tamborine may refuse to carry a passenger, if in the opinion of the driver the passenger is drunk, violent, disorderly or aggressive towards the driver or other passengers.  Any disorderly conduct will result in the matter being reported to the Police, the offending passenger/s being removed from the tour bus, and no compensation or refund will be offered.

Damage by passengers to Tour Vehicle

In the event of any soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the client or passenger, there will be $250.00 fee to meet initial costs of repair and/or cleaning the vehicle.  In the event of major damage to the vehicle, full payment for repair costs will be applied to your booking/Credit Card facility.
